Dylan Harris

Vicepresident - Production
Dylan is a Los Angeles producer of feature, series, and commercial content. He has worked on projects for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Google, Samsung, Coca-Cola, and Chevron. With his experience in post production, Dylan oversees projects from development through final delivery, and his passion for entertainment technology has led him to work on immersive content for clients like the US Army, Marriott, and the Sundance New Frontiers Program. He has produced and licensed several independently financed feature documentaries to Netflix, and his latest pilot (Unemployable) premiered at Tribeca 2021.

Radomír Dočekal joined the company as a partner in 2010. In his previous job as General Manager and CEO of the famous Barrandov Studios, he handled many feature film and TV productions and was personally involved in the development and production of Czech and international feature films, including: The Adventures of Pinocchio (dir. Alessio Spinelli

Producer
Alessio Spinelli began his career in Rome as the director’s assistant on feature films such as The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (dir. Wes Anderson), The Tiger and the Snow (dir. Roberto Benigni), Five Moon Plaza (dir. R. Martinelli), The Core (dir. J. Amiel), and I, Don Giovanni (dir. C. Saura). In 2007 he moved to Prague for love, and worked in the production departments of the feature films Hellboy II (dir. Guillermo Del Toro), Bestiar by I. Pavlaskova, and David Copperfield (dir. A. Lo Giudice). He joined Milk and Honey as a producer in 2009, where he has produced feature films like Zodiaco 2 - The Lost Book (dir. T. Zangardi), Hidden Olympics by A. Peyretti, and the hit Netflix series Haunted (dir. Jan Pavlacky). Alessio helmed the production of Apple TV Sci-fi series Foundation.

Juan David Salazar

Juan David is a French-Colombian director and producer based in Prague, Czech Republic. Juan David’s solid creative background and experience in structuring, managing and executing projects at high quality standards over 10+ years, have allowed him to consolidate a successful career as a writer, director and producer in the film and advertising industry. His films, commercials and music videos have been recognized on several occasions in festivals around the world.

As a BFA graduate in Visual Arts and his unique style of visual storytelling, he is joining a new wave of globally-minded independent filmmakers. Juan David’s strong creative focus on modern-day lifestyles across the globe is informed by his fluency and cultural background in French, Spanish, English and Czech.

Hedvika Dočekalova

Head of DEVELOPMENT
Hedvika graduated from FAMU, which is one of the three faculties of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU, FAMU, HAMU) and the fifth oldest film school in Europe. In addition to FAMU, she specialised in screenwriting at the New York Film Academy in the US.

She started out as a production assistant on foreign films and commercials at Milk & Honey Pictures and gradually became a production coordinator and worked her way up to creative producer and head of our development department, working on our TV and film projects for both the foreign and Czech markets.

Executive Producer
Mate is the managing director of Milk & Honey Productions' Hungarian office. Frequently traveling between Los Angeles and Budapest, he bridges the creative and professional communities of both cities. Mate began his career as an editor, with his debut feature premiering at the Cannes Film Festival. His extensive post-production experience propelled him into production and turned him into a resourceful producer with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the intricacies of crafting compelling and visually stunning narratives. Mate is a Fulbright alumnus and a voting member of the European Film Academy.

Beatrice Masia

Executive Producer
Beatrice has over 20 years of experience as a producer. Bea started in Paris with multinational ad agencies BBDO and DDB working on clients such as Pepsi-Cola, Kookai and Givenchi before moving to Perth in 2000. Bea spent 2 years as an Agency Producer with Perth hot shop 303LOWE before going freelance with the likes of Marketforce, Sauce Films, Meerkats, and Oxygen Pictures.
